Both floors have newly-build separate toilets. Both hotel part and could be connected through via current main corridor which results into one large object.

First floor

has a hotel reception, three offices (possibility of changing these to flats or meaning hotel rooms), one small office (good for an accountant), one bigger room with a shower and a toilet (suitable for staff or change to three bed room), one toilet and a shower for staff. There is a Spacious terrace with a size of 50m squared which is accessible through inside the building or from a banquet room. A Banquet room is ideal for conference, education or social purposes. This room is also 50m squared and has separate toilets. At the moment it is being used as an office of a bigger firm. It is possible to refurbish this room into a nice summer flat. On the first floor there is a newly refurbished and registered two-bedroom flats and one studio flat.

Second floor

has five newly refurbished double bedrooms with a bathroom and a toilet and one single bedroom. In 2012 there were three new attic rooms built on the other half of this floor. Two storage rooms are being used as a laundry. Lastly, you can find a spacious loft which is suitable for storage or solar panel system. The Roof is diverse and is facing south-west.

Equipment

Within whole building is equipped with air-conditioning system, two separate computer networks, three Wi-Fi, own landline hub and TV hub including a satellite. A Basement is being used for beer barrels which are easy to move with an inbuilt lift. Heating and hot water is supplied by above mentioned one primary and few secondary gas boilers located on the ground floor. In 2006 all windows were replaced for new double glazed windows. There is a Huge public car park in front of the building which allows an easy and comfortable parking near the town centre. Whole building and car park is secured by recorded camera systems for 24/7. Hotel price includes all equipment in a working condition except some equipment in a restaurant belonging to the current owner.

Tourism is very popular and common for this area due to beautiful landscapes with mountains. There are many activities for both summer and winter recreation. In Jeseník there are many ski lifts, ski tracks and well-marked touristic and cycling tracks.
